FAQ

Do I need prior Scrum or OKR experience?

Prior Scrum experience isn't required. Basic familiarity with agile ways of working will help you get the most out of the workshop, but we cover what you need from first principles.

Is this a Scrum Alliance certified course?

Yes. Agile OKRs is an official Scrum Alliance microcredential. You earn the digital badge, the credential is registered to your Scrum Alliance profile, and you get SEUs toward certification renewal.

When will I receive my badge?

Your Scrum Alliance Agile OKRs digital badge is issued within 7 business days of course completion. It will appear on your Scrum Alliance profile and can be shared on LinkedIn, resumes, and email signatures.

Are sessions recorded?

No. Cohorts run live only. Sessions are not recorded. You'll get the most out of the course by attending in real time and participating in the workshops with the rest of the cohort.

Can my whole team attend?

Yes, and we recommend it. We run private cohorts for groups of 6+ attendees with a custom agenda built around your context. Reach out from the contact page to set one up.

What is your cancellation policy?

Full refund if you cancel more than 7 days before the course (excluding transaction fees). For cancellations within 7 days, we'll happily transfer your seat to a future cohort.
