My Journey

After completing my Masters in Computer Science, I started working as a Java Developer. I noticed many dysfunctions at my work. Most prominent were the hand-offs between business and technology. The other one was lack of confidence in estimation. When my project decided to opt Scrum, I got fascinated seeing how these challenges can be fixed by increasing collaboration and transparency. That’s when I decided to become an Agilist.

I started as a Scrum Master. I continued my learning and attended training courses on CSM (Certified Scrum Master), CSPO (Certified Scrum product Owner) and became CSP (Certified Scrum Professional). After few years of experience, I joined Xebia as an Agile Coach. I became active in Agile community and learned through working with different clients.

After some time I moved to Singapore to explore different work culture. I worked at Palo IT consulting and through which with DBS as an Enterprise Agile Coach. I worked on launching Agile Trainings and delivered many public and in house classes.

Along the way I explored ICF (International Coaching Federation) coaching and got interested in improving my coaching skills. Years later I moved to Canada and became CEC (Certified Enterprise Coach) and CTC (Certified Team Coach). I also achieved PCC (Professional Certified Coach) from ICF.

I worked a lot with distributed teams and wrote practices in my book: Distributed Agile Framework. I also wrote articles on InfoQ.
