Hi, I am Savita. I am an Agile Coach, Trainer and Mentor. I have experience of working in start-ups as well as big financial organisations in distributed and multi-cultural environments.
My coaching spectrum involves enterprise coaching, team coaching, leadership coaching and facilitation of workshops to align the vision and plan business outcomes. I believe in helping the clients look into the whole system and bring sustainable change for their good. My coaching is inspired by ‘Transformative Coaching’ and ‘Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching.’

My journey
From software engineer to coach.
Started in software engineering and watched waterfall projects struggle with handoffs and dysfunction.
Joined a Scrum team and became an Agilist. Earned CSM, CSPO, and CSP along the way.
Moved into agile coaching, then enterprise coaching at Palo IT and DBS. Worked across India, Singapore, and Canada.
Earned Scrum Alliance Certified Enterprise Coach, Certified Team Coach, and ICF PCC credentials.
Authored Distributed Agile Framework. Published on InfoQ. Speak at agile conferences worldwide. Run Coaching Saga.
