Cancellation Policy:

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your participation in our ICP ACC training. Please review our cancellation policy below:

  1. Full Refund for Cancellation: If you decide to cancel your enrollment, you are eligible for a full refund of the training fee, excluding the transaction fee, if the cancellation request is made up to one week before the start of the course. We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and we aim to accommodate your needs as much as possible.

  2. Credit for Future Workshops: Cancellation requests received within one week before the course will receive a credit that can be used for the future training. We want to ensure that you have the opportunity to attend our training at a later date and continue your Agile coaching journey.

  3. Non-Attendance: Please note that no credits or refunds will be available for participants who fail to attend after the class has started. It is essential to inform us in advance if you are unable to attend the training to ensure fairness to other participants and optimize the learning experience for everyone involved.

We highly recommend notifying us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your participation. This will allow us to make necessary adjustments and provide opportunities for other interested individuals.
